Friends compete to see who can make the fanciest-looking McDonald's meal
AH, THE HUMBLE Big Mac. Cure of so many hangovers, source of so much guilt and rarely associated with fanciness. Until now.
Mark Hayes and Jordan Plener, two Canadian friends, squared off to see who could transform the components of a McDonald’s Big Mac Meal into something that resembled a fancy, gourmet supper.
They gave themselves one hour in the kitchen to work their magic and fancify their meal. These were the ingredients they were allowed use.

The first creation was this 5 times cheeseburger with a potato tower, salad with sesame seed bun croutons and Mac sauce garnish.

The second creation was this shepherd’s pies with sesame seed crisps and a salad.

No winner was formally declared, but Hayes did note to Buzzfeed that the baby shepherd’s pies received more votes on Reddit and Imgur.
